From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience unforgettable. A stunning beachside dinner, complete with a saxophonist, transformed an ordinary evening into something extraordinary. The room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant traditional architecture blended with modern finishes throughout the resort, which made exploring the beautiful grounds a delightful experience. The accessible pathways were easy to navigate and perfect for taking in the surrounding lush gardens.

Need more shaded areas by the pool.

I spent five nights in the Junior Suite Beachside. The pools were wonderful, especially the one at the White Sand area, where I enjoyed a swim-up bar. However, the dining options left much to be desired. The service at Dalia was slow, and I often had to find someone for drinks. The Helios breakfast spread looked great but had issues with cleanliness. there were flies everywhere, which was quite off-putting. The beach was clean, but I noticed some seaweed on parts of it during my stay. My room had a mildew smell, which was uncomfortable. Despite these hassles, I appreciated the beauty of the grounds and the access to various facilities around the resort. I managed to enjoy some activities but felt overall stressed by the service failures in other areas.

The Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa boasts lovely traditional architecture fused with modern finishes, making the common areas and pathways delightful and easy to navigate for seniors, with ample places to rest along the way.

Improve accessibility on high bridges for strollers.

Just returned from an amazing 4-night stay. The buffets were well-stocked, and the beach and pool areas were beautifully maintained. Our suite had everything we needed, but the room felt slightly dated compared to the vibrant photos online. We would definitely consider returning!
